7Bit Terms and Conditions

The rules that govern your account, your deposits and every bonus you claim at 7Bit. Read them before you play.

How these terms work

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This page sets out the agreement between you and 7Bit the moment you register an account. It covers eligibility, account rules, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions and what happens if there's a dispute. It does not replace the full terms document available in your account area, but it gives you the substance you need before you deposit a dollar.

Who can hold a 7Bit account

You must be 18 years or older to register at 7Bit. That's a hard floor, not a suggestion, and we verify age and identity before processing withdrawals. By opening an account you confirm you're legally permitted to play at an offshore gaming site from your location in Australia, and that gambling isn't prohibited for you under any court order, self-exclusion arrangement or employment condition. One account per player, one player per household internet connection and payment method. Duplicate accounts get closed and any pending balance may be forfeited.

Licensing and the operating entity

7Bit operates offshore, outside the Interactive Gambling Act framework that the ACMA administers for locally licensed operators. That means the ACMA regulates the Australian market but is not 7Bit's licensor. The registered company name behind 7Bit, along with any licence number, is published in the site footer. Please confirm those details there before you play, rather than relying on any other page to state them.

Why this matters for you

Because 7Bit sits outside the local licensing regime, you won't have access to ACMA-administered dispute resolution the way you would with an Australian-licensed wagering operator. That's a real difference and it's worth weighing before you deposit. If you want a full picture of how the market is regulated, the ACMA publishes consumer guidance for Australians playing at offshore sites.

Deposits, currency and payment rails

Accounts run in AUD by default, so what you see on screen is what lands in your balance, no foreign exchange guesswork. You can also fund your account with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether or Litecoin if you'd rather skip card statements altogether. Supported rails include PayID, POLi, Visa and Mastercard alongside the crypto options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits, along with any processing fees, are shown at the cashier before you confirm a transaction, and they can vary by method.

Withdrawals and verification

Before your first withdrawal, we ask for standard identity verification: proof of ID, proof of address and, where relevant, proof of the payment method used to deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud step, not a delay tactic, and it protects your funds as much as ours. Crypto withdrawals typically process fastest. Fiat withdrawals via bank rails follow your bank's own processing times on top of our internal review. Withdrawal requests can be cancelled and returned to your balance while still pending, but not once processing has started.

Bonus terms apply separately

Any welcome package, free spins offer or promotional credit carries its own wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits and expiry windows. T&Cs apply to every bonus, no exceptions, and those specific conditions sit on the Bonus page and inside your account when an offer is active. Breaching bonus conditions, such as betting above the max stake while a bonus is active, can void winnings from that bonus. Always read the current offer terms before opting in, because promotions get refreshed and older terms don't carry over.

Fair play and game rules

Games supplied by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Betsoft, BGaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City and Spribe run on their own certified random number generators or live streamed dealer action. We don't alter game outcomes. If a game malfunctions or disconnects mid-round, standard provider rules apply: completed rounds stand, and any round that failed to register is voided and stakes returned.

Account suspension and closure

We can suspend or close an account where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, underage play, chargeback attempts or a breach of these terms. If you want to close your own account, self-exclude, or set deposit and session limits, that's your right at any time, and our Responsible Gaming page explains how. Where you've asked for a break, we won't send you marketing during that period.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact our support team first with your account details and a description of the issue. Most disputes around a specific bet, bonus or withdrawal get resolved at that stage. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can request escalation to a senior support agent. We aim to respond during Australian business hours.
